Technical Consultation
Before the solution is installed it is important for us to fully understand your requirements, your existing processes and back -end systems so as we can recommend the best devices, suggest application functions and devise an integration plan. This ensures that your solution is the best fit possible for your business.
Roll-out
The roll-out is the most demanding stage of the process. Jade can pre-configure and stage the solution in-house to ensure that the devices and applications are ready to go from day 1. Jade's own project managers can ensure that the roll-out stays on time and on budget. Our UK-wide network of engineers also ensure that the roll-out can reach the furthest corners of the UK.
Support
With our Service Desk supporting your solution, you can achieve maximum uptime and remove the pain of managing and supporting a mobile workforce solution in-house. Up to 24/7/365 support is available, with regular reporting and agreed SLAs set.
Sentinel
For a more comprehensive management and support package, our Sentinel service is available. With Sentinel issues are kept to a minimum and 90% of device issues can be resolved immediately with our ability to perform remote diagnosis. Sentinel also proactively monitors and manages the solution to ensure that it is running at its optimum level. Should any of the devices develop a hardware fault we can arrange a next day swap-out of a fully configured device, which is ready for use upon arrival.
